Immunizations

Immunizations are required for enrollment in all Vermont schools in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. The revised immunization law passed by the Vermont legislature in May 2012 requires schools to make aggregate data on immunization rates for the student body publicly available.

In 2015, the Vermont Legislature eliminated Vermont's philosophic exemption from school and child care immunizations, effective July 1, 2016. Information and new forms for school year 2016-17 can be found here.

Vermont school immunization rates, including the Mountain School for 2015-2016 can be found here.

Go to the “2015-16 Aggregate Immunization Rates By School” link then click the bottom tab labeled “Private Schools”; you will see the listing of Vermont Private schools with their immunization rates.
